Kevin Daichendt

Kevin Daichendt is one of the founding partners of D&E Financing.  He took over as Broker in 2000 when C. Neal Engelking (one of the other founding partners) retired from the mortgage industry.  He was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and is a graduate of Arizona State University.  With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, he provides a wealth of knowledge to assist the employees of D&E Financing in meeting the needs of all of our customers.  He also directly supervises the processing of all the loans originated by the company.


One of my most important functions as the Broker of D&E Financing is to ensure that all clients are provided with outstanding service and are matched with the best-suited loan program corresponding to their credit worthiness and financial ability.  It is the main goal of the company to provide our loan officers with the all the tools and support necessary to forge life-long relationships with their clients and those who refer them business.
